Why sizes differ
- Structured caps have buckram behind the front panel, so they hold taller designs.
- Unstructured caps flex, so designs are kept a little shorter to avoid distortion.
- Low-profile caps have a shorter crown.
- Trucker caps have a tall foam or twill front panel.
