Which formats do you provide?
All major formats including DST, PES, EMB, JEF, EXP, VP3 and XXX.
Are edits free?
Yes. Minor edits are free until the file runs the way you need it to.
Who owns the file?
You do. Once paid, the stitch file is yours to use on as many garments as you like.
Do you keep my artwork private?
Yes. Your artwork and files are never shared or reused.

How fast will I get my file?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Rush service is available for most designs.
What artwork can I send?
Any image works: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or even a photo of a printed logo.
Do I need to pay before you start?
We send a quote first. Payment details are included with the quote.
Can I send many designs at once?
Yes. Upload them together or list them in the notes, and we quote the batch.
