Our team comes from the embroidery production floor. We have run the machines, hooped the caps and fixed the files that did not work. That experience shapes every file we build: we digitize for how the design will actually run, not just how it looks on screen.
How we work
- Every file is built by hand. No auto-digitizing.
- Every file is checked. We review each design in a stitch simulator before delivery.
- Every file comes with an approval sheet showing stitch count, size and colors.
- Edits are free until the file runs right.
