Upload a logo to see colors, coverage, an estimated stitch count and price, and any details too thin to stitch.

How it works

  1. Upload your logo. PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG with a plain or transparent background works best.
  2. Set the finished width, or tap a preset like Hat front or Left chest.
  3. Read the verdict. The analyzer measures every stroke in the design and highlights in red anything too thin to stitch at that size.
  4. Tick 3D puff to check whether strokes are wide enough for foam.

What the numbers mean

  • Coverage is the share of the design area covered by artwork. Solid badges are near 100%. Text-only logos are often 25 to 40%.
  • Estimated stitches come from size and coverage at typical densities. Your quote gives the exact count.
  • Finest detail is the width of the thinnest strokes. Satin stitches need about 1 mm. Anything under 0.6 mm usually has to be simplified or made larger.
  • Colors found lists the main colors. Soft edges and gradients can add extra shades that a digitizer merges.

Fixing problems before you order

  • Make it bigger. Moving from 3 to 4 inches often fixes thin outlines and small text.
  • Simplify fine detail. Drop hairline outlines and tiny taglines, or move a tagline to the back of the cap.
  • Choose flat for detail. Keep 3D puff for bold letters. See 3D puff vs flat.
