Written by people who do the work
Every article on our blog is written by members of our digitizing team, the same people who build and test stitch files for customers. We write about what we see in production: what runs well, what fails and how to fix it.
How an article is made
- Topic. We write about questions customers actually ask us.
- Experience first. Tips are based on files we have built and run. When we share sizes, densities or settings, they come from our own work or from the machine and software documentation we cite.
- Review. A senior digitizer reviews every article for technical accuracy before it is published. The reviewer is named on each post.
- Sources. We list the manuals, standards and references we used at the end of each article.
- Updates. We review articles regularly. When something changes, we update the article and show the updated date.
Independence
We do not accept payment for reviews or recommendations. When we mention a machine or software brand, it is because it is relevant to the topic.
