Finished size
Width and height in inches or millimeters.
Placement
Hat front, side, back, left chest, jacket back and so on.
Flat or 3D puff
Puff files are built differently, so tell us up front.
Machine format
DST, PES, EMB, JEF or whatever your machine reads.
Deadline
When you need the file, so we can confirm timing.
