Your logo, stitched the way it should look
Logos are designed for screens and print, not thread. Fine lines, gradients and tiny taglines often need adjusting so they read clearly at embroidery size. We keep the brand intact while making the practical changes thread needs, and we tell you exactly what changed.
How we handle tricky logos
| Problem | What we do |
|---|---|
| Small text | Satin columns, set minimum heights, open spacing |
| Gradients | Tonal steps or blended fill so the fade still reads |
| Hairline outlines | Replace with a satin border of a stitchable width |
| Tiny details | Simplify only what will not stitch, and show you first |
| Many colors | Group close shades to cut color changes |
Brand consistency across products
Need the same logo on caps, polos and jackets? We build a matched set: each file sized and underlaid for its garment, with the same thread colors and proportions so the brand looks consistent everywhere.
Before you order
Run your logo through the artwork analyzer. It estimates colors, coverage and stitch count, and warns you if text will be too small at your chosen size.
Questions about logo digitizing
Will my logo look exactly like the original?
As close as thread allows. Where something cannot stitch at your size, such as a 1 mm outline, we adjust it and show you the change on the approval sheet before you run it.
Can you match my brand colors?
Send your Pantone or HEX colors and we list the closest thread colors for your thread brand on the approval sheet.
Do I own the file?
Yes. Once paid, the stitch file is yours to use on as many garments as you like.
