How do Irish shops get their files?
Every file arrives by email and is kept in your client account. Whether you are in Cork, Galway or Dublin, it is the same quick download, ready for your machine.
Not sure which format your machine reads? Try the file format finder, or open a file in the free DST and PES viewer.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from quote approval. Ireland is ahead of US time, so artwork approved in your afternoon is usually ready the next morning.

Lettering and fabrics we see from Ireland
Club and school names in Irish carry fadas (á, é, í, ó, ú) that auto-digitizing often loses. We build each fada as part of its letter so names like "Cumann Lúthchleas Gael" read cleanly. Detailed club crests are simplified just enough to stitch sharply at 70 to 90 mm.

Why Irish shops choose HatDigitizing
Irish shops choose us when crests have too much detail for a cap, or when an auto-digitized file has dropped the fadas. We build every file by hand, check it in a stitch-out preview and fix anything free, so your run of club caps goes out right the first time.
Read about our team, see all digitizing services, or check which file formats we supply.
We also digitize for shops in United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany and New Zealand, and in all 50 US states.
Hat digitizing Ireland: FAQ
Do I pay VAT on your digitizing?
Our invoices are in US dollars and do not add Irish VAT. If your business is VAT-registered, check with your accountant whether you need to self-account for services bought from outside the EU.
Can you keep fadas in Irish names?
Yes. Fadas are built as part of each letter, so Irish-language names stay readable on caps and crests.
Can I pay in euros?
You pay by card in US dollars through Stripe and your bank converts it to euros.
Which format does my machine need?
Tajima and most commercial multi-needle machines read DST. Brother reads PES. We can send several formats at no extra cost.
How fast is delivery?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours after quote approval, and same-day rush is available.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One design is fine and there are no setup fees.
Tax notes are general information, not tax advice.
