Do you digitize for Australian shops?
Yes. Australian shops send us artwork through the quote form and receive their stitch files by email and in their client account, usually within 24 hours. There is nothing to post and no import charges on a digital file. Prices are in US dollars, paid by card, and edits are free until the file runs right on your machine.

How do Australian shops get their files?
Files arrive as an email attachment and stay in your client account, so a crew boss in Karratha gets them as fast as a print shop in Melbourne. Need the same logo for caps, polos and a back panel? We send each size as its own file.
Not sure which format your machine reads? Try the file format finder, or open a file in the free DST and PES viewer.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours after quote approval. Australia is a day ahead of us, so artwork you approve today is usually waiting in your inbox when you start tomorrow. Rush jobs can be done the same day for most designs.

Lettering and fabrics we see from Australia
Trucker caps and bucket hats are common in Australia, and both are tricky. Mesh backs need lighter density, and the soft brim of a bucket hat needs extra underlay so lettering does not sink. We set this per hat style, so tell us which one you are stitching.

Why Australian shops choose HatDigitizing
Australian shops tell us they switch from cheap auto-digitizing after a batch of puckered truckers or broken threads on a busy weekend. Our files are built by hand for the cap you are running, tested in a stitch-out preview, and fixed free if anything is off. You also get a straight answer on price before any work starts.
Read about our team, see all digitizing services, or check which file formats we supply.
We also digitize for shops in United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Ireland and New Zealand, and in all 50 US states.
Hat digitizing Australia: FAQ
Do I pay GST on your digitizing?
Our invoices are in US dollars and do not add Australian GST. If your business is GST-registered, ask your accountant whether imported services need to be reported under the reverse charge rules.
Can I pay in Australian dollars?
You pay by card in US dollars through Stripe, and your bank converts it to Australian dollars at its rate.
Do you digitize for trucker caps and bucket hats?
Yes. Tell us the hat style on the quote form. Trucker mesh and soft bucket brims need different density and underlay, and we build for the one you are stitching.
Which file format should I order?
Tajima and most commercial multi-needle machines read DST. Brother reads PES, Janome reads JEF, and Melco and Bernina read EXP. You can order several formats at no extra cost.
How fast are files delivered?
Usually within 24 hours of approving the quote. Because of the time difference, that often means overnight for you.
Do you charge setup or minimums?
No. One design is fine and the quoted price is the full price.
